No, you can not print on black, navy or any dark colored shirts. The image or words need to be darker than the color of the shirt.

Yes and no. The quality of your photo makes a difference. I do not do editing so if it's a poor quality photo it may not look good. Also if you have filters on your photos that also makes quality low.
